Olive oil analysis has started within our center

Olive Oil analyzes are carried out in the Food Analysis Laboratory within our center. In this context, olive oil;
- Free acidity,
- Peroxide Value,
- Specific Absorption in Ultraviolet Light (Specific Absorbance),
- Fatty Acid Methyl Esters Composition (FAME) and
- Polyphenol Content Analysis was started.
